A new mental health campaign aimed at men has been launched by the Football Association. 'Heads Up' will "harness the influence and popularity of football" to "show the world that mental fitness is just as important as physical fitness". Click here for more information and to watch a video on BBC Sport of men discussing their mental health.

In other football related mental health news the Professional Footballers' Association has today announced that a record number of footballers are getting support with their mental health.
