Time to Change is the growing social movement changing how we all think and act about mental health. Still too many people are made to feel ashamed or isolated because they have a mental health problem but Time to Change are here to change that.

Just Talk is a Hertfordshire campaign led by young people themselves and agencies across Hertfordshire. 'Just Talk' aims to make sure every single young person in Hertfordshire knows that it's OK to not be OK.

Beat is the UK’s eating disorder charity. They are a champion, guide and friend to anyone affected by eating disorders, giving individuals experiencing an eating disorder and their loved ones a place where they feel listened to, supported and empowered.

CAMHS stands for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. It covers all of the services that are available to help children and young people when they are having problems to do with their emotional and behavioural wellbeing. Their website features video interviews with real clinicians and young people.
