About

The Watford FC CSE Trust's Mental Health Project Positive Minds; launched in Spring 2018 and is a 3-year project delivering 4 different programmes across Watford & Hemel Hempstead. We have recently received further funding to continue the programme for another 3 years and expand to cover all Primary schools in Hertfordshire. At present there are 2 full time staff and 5 Mental Health Facilitators delivering the Project alongside support from an Admin Assistant. All the facilitators delivering the sessions have received Mental Health 1st Aid Training, and complete all necessary checks required for working with young people.

The programmes we currently run are:

  • Education (Year 6)

  • Man On! (18-65 year old men)

  • Coach the Approach (grassroots football coaches)
